Poppy Playtime Chapter 2 horror game with introduces a rich cast of toy monsters with their own story, more engaging than part 1. Here are all the monsters in Poppy Playtime 2.
1. Mommy Long Legs
Mommy Long Legs is the main monster in the game Poppy Playtime Chapter 2. This multi-legged doll forces the protagonist to participate in games in the Playtime factory in exchange for a code to start the ship and get out of this scary place safely. Modeled after Spaghtty dolls, Mommy Long Legs also known as Experiment 1222 was once a woman named Marie Payne. According to the disclosure letter, Marie always had to control her aggressive behavior and thinking when not with children. Although Mommy Long Legs dies at the end of Poppy Playtime 2, the player can see a part of her again in the future if Marie's fears persist.
2. Huggy Wuggy
This is the character from poppy playtime chapter 1. One of the games where Mommy Long Legs forces players to participate in Poppy Playtime Chapter 2 is Whack-A-Wuggy. The player must use the Grab Pack to hit Huggy Wuggy when it exits the tunnel so that it will fall down. Huggy Wuggy may not be as scary as it doesn't chase the player, but Mommy Long Legs warns that the ropes that pull it away from children are no longer attached to it. So, if you don't push Huggy Wuggy fast enough, you will see the scary death screen appear.
3. Kissy Missy
Kissy Missy could be Stella Greyber - the most unique monster in Poppy Playtime 2. That's because this doll helps players continue their journey through the Playtime factory. Kissy Missy has the same appearance as Huggy Wuggy, except for the opposite color and personality.
Kissy Missy uses a lever to open a path, then leaves before the player can interact with it. Unlike the usual Poppy Playtime monsters, Kissy Missy is like a friend, not an enemy. Therefore, what happens to Kissy Missy in Poppy Playtime 3 really makes players curious.
4. PJ Pug-A-Pillar
Statues, similar to the Green Light, the red light in Squid Game is another challenge that Mommy Long Legs offers to players. In it, you will be chased by PJ Pug-A-Pillar. It is like a long caterpillar but has a dog head, which looks very scary. While the player can only move when the lights are off at the Statues, PJ Pug-A-Pillar will continuously run in the game, not stopping even when the lights are on. Aside from jumpscare that constantly crawls closer and hunts down the player, PJ Pug-A-Pillar is a not so scary monster in Poppy Playtime Chapter 2.
5. Bunzo Bunny
Bunzo Bunny appears in the game Musical Memory and is a monster that can return in Poppy Playtime Chapter 3. Bunzo Bunny hovers above the player during this challenge. It lowers as you go further and moves back up when the player finishes a round successfully. If all else fails, the game ends with Bunzo Bunny using a cymbals to kill the protagonist.
6. Bron
Bron toy dinosaur has returned to Poppy Playtime Chapter 2 in full form, instead of parts scattered on the floor or just illustrations on the wall. At some point, the player needs to get Bron out of the elevator to be able to use it because Bron is too heavy. That action also shows that Bron has no eyes. Up to now, this dinosaur toy is still an inanimate object, but that may change in Poppy Playtime Chapter 3.
7. Prototype
Prototype or Experiment 1006 is a metal claw-like creature that has apparently caused a lot of problems at Playtime Co. Most information about Prototypes can be found in the VHS. The content in the tape mentions its intelligence and reveals that at least one researcher was killed by the Prototype.
The Prototype appears at the end of Poppy Playtime Chapter 2 after the player defeats the Mommy Long Legs. It reached and pulled Mommy's top out of the shredder. It's not clear why the Prototype wants that body part, but it's clearly plotting something scary.
